We offer Full-Service Delivery which includes professional assembly, setup in your room of choice, and removal of all packaging materials. We also offer Doorstep Delivery for a lower fee where items are left in their original packaging at your entrance.
What is your return policy for furniture and mattresses?
Most furniture can be returned within 5 days of delivery if in original condition. For mattresses, we offer a 365-night comfort guarantee, requiring a minimum 30-day trial period to allow your body to adjust to the new support system.
Do you offer financing options?
Yes, we provide several flexible financing plans through our Slumberland Advantage Credit Card, including no-interest options for qualified buyers to help you build your home now and pay over time.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You can track your delivery status via our website's 'Track My Order' tool using your order number and phone number, or by contacting your local showroom.
What does the furniture warranty cover?
All products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. For added peace of mind, we offer Peace of Mind Protection Plans that cover accidental stains, tears, and damage for up to five years.
Can I pick up my furniture at a store location?
Yes, free in-store pickup is available at most of our showroom and warehouse locations. Please wait for a notification that your order is ready before arriving, and ensure you have a vehicle large enough to transport your items safely.
